Warranty

Elvex units are covered by the manufacturer's 180 day REPAIR warranty against defects. Customer can send unit direct to Elvex for repair. Elvex reserves the right to repair or replace. This warranty does not cover damage caused by the user, unauthorized modifications or repair. Carefully read and follow the usage instructions provided with unit, regarding moisture accumulation and the necessity to allow the unit to dry out between uses. Don't use this unit in rainy or wet conditions. The most common failure of the Com radios is circuit board components rusting, and rusted components are not covered by the warranty.
