- 6-3/4" blade length
- 14" overall open length
- The blade is thinner at the top and thicker at the bottom to resist clogging or binding
- The teeth have a third edge on the tips which provide fast cutting
- Saw includes a push button to lock blade
- 7 teeth per inch
- Cuts up to 4" diameter
The blades are hardened so that they maintain an edge for an extended period of time. It is important to only apply pressure on the pull cut. Applying pressure during the push stroke presents a risk of breaking the blade.

Customer Reviews for Felco® Model 600 Tri-Edge Folding Pruning Saw, 6.3-inch Straight Blade
I've cut down many trees with this thing. Always sharp and I love being able to keep in right in my pocket. The best saw ever!
I'm very pleased with this handy, efficient folding [tool] that fits in my pocket.
The felco 600 is compact, powerful, quick and sharp. We've used it , in a pinch, to cut down 8' to 12' trees quickly.
I use this saw almost daily in my role as a volunteer pruner for the Central Park Conservancy in New York City. It never fails and rests in my hip pocket when not in use.
Would have rated the saw a 5, but it was 8 years old, I had bent the blade tip and it was getting dull from extensive use. I got the saw along with the pruners while taking a Master Gardner class and use both tools quite frequently. Replacing the saw was not an option due to its quality.

QUESTION: Can the blade be sharpened on the F600?
ANSWER: The blade can be sharpened with a turbo saw sharpener (TSS). However, blades are generally replaced as they are inexpensive and easily replaced. Also the turbo blade is difficult to sharpen and after sharpening can loose some of its hardness.
QUESTION: Will the old F60 blades fit on the F600?
ANSWER: No, the F60 blades will not fit the F600, but the blades for the F600 do fit the old F60.
