Irrigation Nozzle Assembly Insert

Assembly inserts for easy installation of nozzles. This insert is a threaded gasket that provides a quick installation and leak free seal for Dramm Irrigation Nozzles. The assembly insert fits directly into PVC (schedule 40), aluminum or galvanized pipe w/o glue. The threads of the nozzles are tapered so the insert expands as they are screwed together, creating a leak free seal.

Specs

Drill a 7/16" hole into the schedule 40 PVC, aluminum pipe, or galvanized pipe to accomodate the AL Assembly Insert. (CAUTION: Does not work with schedule 80 PVC pipe.) Pipes should be clamped and drilled using a drill press or alignment jig to ensure perfectly round holes and straight alignment. Recommend for use at operating pressures up to 50 PSI.

The interior female thread is 3/8" Witworth-so it fits the Misty Mist nozzles, (both AML Product #BW1 and RW1)as well as the No Drip Riser (AML Product #NDR.)
