8-Tine Leonard All Poly Scoop Fork, 44.5-inch Length

New! 8-Tine Leonard All Poly Scoop Fork, 44.5-inch Length

Made in the USA! Tough and rigid to handle your daily work; 40% lighter than typical steel forks so it won't wear out your back!

As seen in Spring 2013 issues of Total Landscape Care, Landscape Contractor, Green Profit, Lawn and Landscape, American Nurseryman, Country Folks Grower, and Turf magazines! An A.M. Leonard Exclusive! Our new multi-purpose scoop fork features an all-poly construction that reduces tool weight, yet tackles moving mulch at a record pace.

Beveled tines pierce through mulch piles, straw, compost, leaves, hay, horse manure and more, while the deep, scoop-shaped tines yield a high-carrying capacity for each load. The 8-tine construction features an average 1-3/8 inch tine spacing, similar to our forged fork, to adequately hold materials.

The poly handle has a comfortable feel and the large 1-3/8 inch diameter grip is textured for slip resistance. Handle length of 30 inches provides good reach and balanced control. 14.5-inch long x 15-inch wide head; 30-inch D-grip handle; 44.5-inch overall length. Made in the USA. Lifetime Warranty. Shipping weight of 4 lbs.

    5 Stars Good choice

William Frank DeWeese from OH wrote (April 28, 2013):

I am a "toolnut " and like to try out new tools that attract my attention. Your poly scoop fork was one of those. I like it for the light weight, color, size and ease of handling, on my 1/2 acre yard. Keep up the good work.

3 Stars Light but not quite

Babe Shelby Landscaping from PA wrote (April 28, 2013):

It's light and sturdy like the Poly scoop shovel which is great. But as a landscaper needing to pitch mulch into wheel barrows fast its lacking. The tines are not pointed enough to stab into the mulch like a metal tine fork.

5 Stars APF 800 Poly Scoop Fork

Self employed Landscaper from MA wrote (April 28, 2013):

The fork is light, easy to handle, and picks up everthing I need it to.Including small piles of sticks and twigs. The size of the scoop fork is excellent.

    5 Stars Great Scoop

Homestead Gardener from NY wrote (April 24, 2013):

This scoop makes mulching a breeze. It's light weight and the wide scoop lets me fill a wheelbarrow quickly. My first test run with it was on a pile of wood chips that was thawed in the center, but frozen on the outside edges. The tines felt a bit wobbly when I hit a frozen chunk--not as solid as my metal fork. But I used it hard and nothing broke or bent. It works just fine on thawed piles. I've only had it for a few months and I don't use it daily, more like weekly on average. If it proves to be durable over time, it will be the perfect scoop.

    5 Stars Quality Product

Nissen Landscaping from PA wrote (April 24, 2013):

We bought two of these forks and are very satisfied with the quality of the product. Thus far we have only used it for scooping mulch but our guys have really appreciated the light weight design. It's a real necessity for any serious landscaper.
