TO Plastics Star Plug Tray

Using primarily recycled plastics, T.O. Plastics generates recyclable (#6) plug trays that are technologically superior and better for the environment. You'll have healthier plants that are easier to maintain and "pop" faster. The unique star cells use a vertical rib design to train roots downward, for faster growth without becoming root bound. For no extra cost, these trays also have optional top surface ventilation holes to maintain more even moisture distribution and fight crowning.

Precisely centered drainage holes reduce disease issues that result from overwatering. Features: square corners, deeper cells, formed edges precisely centered, punched drain holes. Size is 11 inches x 21.5 inches. Perimeter trim size is 10.94 inches x 21.44 inches. Sold as a case of 50 trays.

These are great seed flats for a couple of reasons. 1. Rigid plastic construction which seems to hold together better than other comparable seed flats for many seasons of reuse. 2. The unique star shaped design of the openings requires less soil, cutting potting soil costs, without compromising seed starts.
