I emailed asking is he spout would screw off and qwas lesd to believe that i twould. I had to send it back when I found ha it wouldn't. Still waiting for a refund.

This review applies to the courteous responsiveness demonstrated by the Leonard folks. Historicaly, the purchase of metal roses was enhanced by a listing in the catalog which has since been removed. After, requesting the availability of the rose (spouts), feedback came from the product merchandise manager and the product support manager, both with helpful hints and offers. These days most businesses don’t really seem to care what the customer has to say. AML is proving that to be incorrect. Thanks, guys!
