High Quality Bamboo Stakes Marci Glenn from OR wrote May 26, 2019

This is my second order for these 6-foot bamboo stakes. The first order was a few years ago and they have held up very well in the field. I'm very happy with the quality, durability and price of these. I will order more as my business grows.

Use for staking peppers, tomatoes, etc. I have ordered various sizes of bamboo stakes for over the last few years.

Durability of 6' bamboo tree stakes I've planted about 2,000 nut trees on a small farm in eastern Ka from KS wrote August 02, 2016

I use these to stake nut tree seedlings inside 5' protective plastic tubes. The stakes are easy and quick to drive into the ground, even if it's rocky. They hold up to punishing Kansas winds. The flexibility of the stakes results in trees with stronger trunks. The flexibility (and smoothness) also discourages rubbing of the stakes by deer, which prefer to rub against something a bit more rigid and rough, so less deer damage. The drawback is that bamboo stakes rot off in fewer years than do traditional rigid wooden stakes. In every other regard, I prefer the bamboo stakes. I continue to search for cheap, durable, deer-resistant 6' stakes, but these bamboo stakes are the best option I've found so far.
