Purchased the cutter. It worked extremely well. Unfortunately I was not the only family member to use the tool. As you know, when you hang the hook over a limb, to pull the rope and engage the cutter to cut the limp, the hooks must be as close to 90 degrees in relation to the limb, otherwise you will place the hooks in a tremendous strain and the hooks will break. WALA. They did break. It is the only thing wrong with our extension pole limp cutter. It would help if the operator was aware of the 90 degree angle and it was make of a stronger material. We use the cutter to keep our Bradford pear, hardwood trees trimmed.
