Corona Dirt Tamps are ideal for compacting trenches, plantings, and base materials. Forged steel base plates are manufactured with 1/4" thick gussets to add strength and provide even tamping. Equipped with traditional hardwood handles these tampers are built to provide many years of service.  This 8" x 8" tamper provides efficient tamping. Great for narrow trenches and tight work spaces.
