See results in as little as three days!

Dinocide, Mauget's newest fast-acting broad-spectrum insecticide, contains the active ingredient dinotefuran (12%). Dinotefuran acts as a translaminar, meaning it can pass through both the xylem and phloem of a tree. This enclosed system comes in single-use capsules. This quarter-flat contains 24 3-milliliter capsules. Dinocide Insecticide is uniquely effective against scale insects.

This class of pests harms your trees and shrubs by sucking plant juices from leaves, twigs, and bark. Members include Q and B biotype whiteflies, Japanese beetles, emerald ash borers, mealybugs, and flathead borers. Dinocide is ideal for use in forestry applications, parks, and ornamental trees. You can apply Dinocide as a preventative or after signs of insect activity appear. Combine with Imicide or Abacide 2 for a more broad-spectrum treatment lasting more than 16 weeks.

You may also combine Dinocide with certain fungicides when treating for beetles that carry fungi. When doing so, use fungicides labeled against vascular-inhibiting fungi. See the product label below for product warnings, application instructions, and dosage rates. Dinocide is the only dinotefuran insecticide available for tree injection. It acts significantly faster than other products, yielding results within three to seven days! This product is toxic to aquatic invertebrates and honey bees.
