MacLean DuckBill® earth anchor assemblies provide the most effective, lightweight, economical solution for any anchoring application. From tree support, to erosion control, to theft deterrent anchoring applications. DuckBill anchors are used to secure items that can be stolen, moved, or blown down. Saving time and labor Duckbill anchors work like toggle bolts in the soil. Requiring no digging, anchors are driven into the ground for a safe environmentally friendly solution. After fully inserted into the soil, an upward pull to the anchor tendon rotates the anchor in undisturbed soil. "Load Locking" the anchor into a perpendicular position.

Intended for light duty applications in normal soils. 88DB anchors are manufactured from aluminum alloys to provide an anchor rating working load of 3,000lb. Ideal for use on trees up to 11" diameter. Equipped with 42" of 1/4" galvanized steel wire assembly with a thimble reinforced loop end offering a wide variety of attachment options.
