Gripple Drive Rods

Essential when installing ground anchors!

Gripple® developed these drive rods for use with their Badger Ground Anchors. Each of these steel rods measures 3/4-inch in diameter. See below for buying options. These drive rods are essential when installing Gripple® ground anchors. They penetrate even the toughest soils with ease. Their tapered head profile inserts into the anchor for easy installation. After driving the anchor to your desired depth, remove the drive rod by hand, with a post puller, or with the Gripple® JackJaw® Extract & Set Tool. To load-lock the anchor, pull upward on the top loop. You must load-lock/set the anchors before you apply any load. When using these drive rods with any of the Gripple® Tree Support Kits, please review the kit contents to ensure you purchase the correct drive rod. Contact us for extended sizes.
