worth every penny

Al Daum from MI wrote (July 28, 2017):

After destroying , in a very short time , the hose reels you can find in the box stores, I gave up trying to find one that would hold up to home owner use in the country. My neighbor gave your catalog and there it was. The answer to my problem. I ordered it with flat free tires. Delivery was quick and set up was a breeze. This product is the answer to the need for a REAL hose reel. The way it is build shows quality and the way it works is great. Worth every penny!!

High-quality heavy duty hose reel

KA from OH wrote (June 19, 2017):

Heavy-duty, high-quality construction, being used daily in a 25-stall stable. Can't comment on longevity but it has the neediest design I've seen, so I expect it to last.

Made in china

Jim from OH wrote (June 06, 2017):

Like the sturdiness but a pain to put together du to the fact that it seems like a typical Chinese made product. Too much paint on the threads to screw the fittings on. Had to use an old pipe fitting I had and muscle it on to get all the layers of paint off. I'm mechanical by trade so I'm not your joe homeowner.

Nice

Customer from IN wrote (April 24, 2017):

Nice hose reel. Seems sturdy, but just wish it was a little taller. It sits pretty low to the ground.

    FAQ

    • QUESTION: There is something heavy on the male threads of the Spool, like tape or paint. Should I remove it?
    • ANSWER: That should be a layer of Teflon tape. Do not remove it as it helps grip the male threads of the spool to the galvanized tee when assembling the cart. If it looks too heavy, you may try to unwrap it then re-cover with just a layer or two.
