A decent grafting knife for a low price AC from ME wrote September 26, 2011

I bought three of these knives for a workshop teaching grafting on apple stock. They came workable, but needed washing (some oil on blade) and I touched up the edge a little. The orange handle is helpful in preventing losing track of them in a field setting, but if lost, they are fairly inexpensive. I would recommend it for similar situations of teaching or having lots of knives in the field.

A.M. leonard grafting knife Ian D. is propagating fruit trees to conserve old varieties. from NM wrote September 24, 2011

I used this knife to graft several hundred trees in March. It fit well in my tightly closed fist during bench grafting. The orange color kept it from getting lost in the field. Great for peeling bark and whittling too.
