Leonard Forestry Rakes feature a durable steel head. This head measures 22 inches in width and has 22 individual tines. We equip each rake with a 54-inch long, 1-1/8 diameter American Beech handle. We secure the head to the handle using a double-bolted connection. Leonard Forestry Rakes make quick work of leaves. In addition to leaves, we build these rakes to be tough enough to handle piles of sticks and brush. Their narrow tine profile allows you to flip them over and use it as a light fork. That's right! Our Forestry Rakes also handle light scooping and material spreading. At A.M. Leonard, we build our tools to last! We make the tines of our Forestry Rakes using an 11-gauge tempered steel wire. This material ensures that the tines maintain their shape even after years of use. Our Forestry Rakes are also one of the only leaf rakes on the market that have a solid, double-bolted head-to-handle connection. We stand by the quality of this tool by backing it with our lifetime warranty!
