    FAQ

QUESTION: WHAT DO I DO IF MY SPRAYER IS SPRAYING DOWN INTO THE GROUND, NOT UP?
  • ANSWER: SOMETIMES IN SHIPPING, THE SPRAY TUBE GETS PUSHED DOWN, AND IT NEEDS TO BE 'POPPED' BACK UP. ROTATE THE SPRAY TUBE GENTLY UNTIL THE CAM POPS DOWN, AND THE JETS ARE POINTED SLIGHTLY UP. SEE 'LINKS' BELOW FOR PICTURES.

Worked well for a week so I threw out the return shipping carton. Then the Turbo- Heart mechanism died. Sealed plastic so I can't repair it. What a disappointment...a bunch of crap.

poor construction Gerald from FL wrote October 17, 2012

At $35.00 I thought the nelson oscillating sprinkler would be a decent sprinkler. I purchased two. The first time I used it to water my garden the sprinkler stopped and would not oscillate. The guide that runs over the heart would not stay on. To me very shoddy construction. I would not recommend the nelson oscillating sprinkler to anyone.

Plastic vs. Metal occilator from WI wrote July 01, 2012

Have used Nelson oscillators for years. They were all metal at one time. Unfortunately the near all plastic model is not as durable. The hose connection to body breaks easy. The metal ones were near indestructible. I would pay for the metal ones if available.

I use Nelson sprinklers almost exclusively at work. They are strong dependable sprinklers and very easy to use.
