Tree Tech microinjection units have set a new standard for economical and environmentally safe tree care. Product is administered directly into the tree's vascular system, using a single dose applicator which is manually pressurized. The applicator is made of two interlocking plastic sections welded to a funnel-shaped dispenser tube. These leakproof applicators are hermetically sealed to eliminate spray drift or any groundwater contamination, while reducing applicator exposure. All microinjection systems come with complete application and handling instructions. Application Rates

Required tools: cordless power drill, sharp 11/64-inch bit, and plastic-faced hammer or rubber mallet. All microinjection systems come with complete application and handling instructions. Injection sites should be on the top of root flares on deciduous trees, and about 4 1/2 feet from the ground on conifers. Drill holes downward at 45 degree angle through the bark and 1/2 inch into the wood. (Clean the drill bit in a sterilizing solution between trees.) Insert microinjection unit into hole and seat the unit by lightly striking the solid PVC installation cap over the end of the unit. Pressurize unit by pressing end button with thumbs, then remove microinjection unit when finished.
