PUREgrown™ makes this hemp/flax felt using all-natural fibers. These fibers come from plants grown without the use of pesticides, herbicides, or synthetic fertilizers. These pads measure 9-1/2 inches in width and 19-1/2 inches in length and have a density of 450 grams per square meter (GSM). This package contains 10 felt pads.
PUREgrown™ hemp/flax felt transports water evenly throughout the entire medium. This even coverage maintains the perfect ratio of water and air, allowing your young plants to develop healthy root systems.
To use, moisten the felt with mist or with a quick dip in a water bath and drain any excess water. Sprinkle your seeds to your desired density then mist again. Place the felt in the germinating area for 48 hours or as needed.
PUREgrown™ products work best when not overwatered. The amount of water required varies based on the system used. Keep the felt moist but not saturated. The water level should never be higher than the top of the medium. If pooling occurs in the felt, reduce the flow of water.
