Tough yet lightweight!

Razor-Back® outfits their Spading Fork with a forged steel head. This 10-inch long head features four diamond-shaped tines. Razor-Back® attaches this head to a 30-inch long hardwood handle with a D-grip. The D-grip has a steel casing to prevent the wood from twisting and breaking.

The Razor-Back® 4-Tine Spading Fork is a real multi-purpose tool. It is excellent for turning, digging, and breaking up all types of materials. The diamond-shaped tines pierce the soil easily, making your job easier. This fork also works well for moving and spreading loose materials.

Razor-Back® maximized the strength and durability of this fork. They make each one in the USA and back it with a lifetime warranty!

Not particularly useful wrote

I bought it because of the sharp tines that I thought would penetrate the soil more easily. However, they don't, and worse the entire head feels like it wants to bend in heavy soil. It is also useless in rocky soil. So it may be great if your soil is nice and crumbly and perfect, but mine is not. Not different from what you would buy in a big box store. I should have stuck to the brand I used previously.

Razor-Back 4-Tine Forged Spading Fork. wrote

First I used my old, broken garden spade as a measuring rod for a better, stronger and more durable garden spade. Second, I went to a local "Yard & Garden Center. The quality of the garden tools there was less than expected and about the same price as A.M. Leonard. Third, I ordered the Razor-Back 4-Tine Forged Spading Fork as soon as soon as I arrived home. When the Spading Fork arrived, the old was compared to the new. There was a quite noticeable difference in quality and workmanship. The quality of A.M. LEONARD products is unsurpassed. I am very satisfied with my new spading fork.
