The SnowEx 3-1/4 Cubic Foot Tailgate Spreader features a one-piece LLDPE hopper. This 3-1/4 cubic foot hopper holds up to 260 pounds of material. A 3-inch flow auger dispenses the material. A durable powder-coated frame supports all of this. An automotive-style harness wiring system delivers power to the 12-volt DC motor.

SnowEx's patented sealed drive enclosure protects the engine. You control the spinner speed via the cab-mounted variable speed control unit. The SnowEx 3-1/4 Cubic Foot Tailgate Spreader includes a 2-inch receiver mount. This mount allows it to work with a variety of vehicles. It is ideal for rock salt, calcium flakes, calcium-chloride pellets, or ice melting products.

It distributes these materials in a radius of up to 25 feet. SnowEx designs this spreader with strength and efficiency in mind. The powder-coated steel frame resists rust and salt corrosion. The sealed drive enclosure prevents salt and other materials from entering. An efficient high-flow auger evenly spreads any material.
