FlowZone developed the Zephyr™ 4‑Gallon Battery‑Powered Backpack Sprayer for consistent, precision applications. This sprayer delivers up to 40 PSI with an output of 0.20 GPM with a spraying distance of up to 20 feet. This optimized flow rate makes the Zephyr™ excel at spot treatments, maintenance spraying, landscape applications, pest control tasks, and more.

This tool-only model does not include a battery or a charger. It is the ideal choice for contractors and homeowners who already own compatible batteries. With the included QuickSwap battery holster system, the Zephyr™ works seamlessly with FlowZone®, DeWalt®, Milwaukee®, Makita®, and Bosch® 18V/20V batteries (up to 6Ah).

Each Zephyr™ sprayer includes a premium quick-connect nozzle set. This set includes one TeeJet®‑style 45° fan, one TeeJet®‑style 0° pin stream, one TeeJet®-style 80° fan tip, and one brass adjustable cone nozzle. Thanks to its 4-gallon tank, it is ideal for covering large areas with fewer refills. The included backpack straps are designed for extended daily use by providing maximum comfort and support.
