That's why we offer a no-hassle return policy within 30 days of purchase, whether the item is new or used. Please note that the buyer is responsible for shipping and handling charges for returns. 

While we do not accept returns on drop-shipped items, special orders, closeout items, or spare parts, we strive to ensure that every item we stock meets the highest quality and performance standards.  Additionally, all returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, with a minimum charge of $5.00.
