Combine a soil knife and sheath to save some cash!

This kit combines a 4752 - Leonard Deluxe Stainless-Steel Soil Knife and a 4750S - Leonard Leather Sheath. The Leonard Deluxe Soil Knife features a 6-inch Swedish stainless-steel blade. This dual-edged blade combines a serrated edge and a sharp edge. A built-in cutting notch slices through twine and plant ties. We equipped it with a one-piece molded composite handle.

We designed the Leonard Leather Sheath to fit our standard and deluxe soil knives. We make it using high-quality leather. Attach it with either the built-in belt slot or the included metal clip.

The Leonard Deluxe Stainless-Steel Soil Knife works well for nearly any task. Use it to plant bulbs, flowers, and herbs. Its razor-sharp edge cleanly slices through plant roots, weeds, twine, or plant ties. When you finish the job, store it in the handy sheath until you need it again.

Combine these two tools and save some of your well-earned dollars. We engineer all our products to provide you with years of use. We cover the sheath with a one-year warranty and the soil knife with our lifetime warranty!

Fast service, outstanding products K Sheppard from IL wrote February 11, 2019

I am very impressed with the strength and comfort of the soil knife. Holy moly is this thing sharp! (Get the sheath too or you will surely lose a few digits.) And now my crew will not use my pruning saws in the soil (!). Also, I love that it has the depth markings on it, so great for bulb planting time.

Beats hardware store brand Mark from IN wrote December 18, 2018

My brand new scissors-brand soil knife blade and handle parted company catastrophically the first time I applied any torque. The attachment is just 4 spot welds on flimsy steel. This A.M Leonard knife has a much more solid feel to it. I haven't used it hard yet, but it's going to do fine. The sheath is just the right weight. I went straight to wax to treat the leather (White's leather dressing -- for wild land firefighters boots) . But I'd recommend starting with neatsfoot oil or mink oil first, then going to wax The wax I used didn't penetrate as deep as I would like.
