One of the best & strongest trowels made. However, your shipping is too high for me to continue with much ordering.

Talk about a super heavy duty tool. So impressed with how it’s made.

Good Design - Very Poor Handle Fit! wrote

The metal part of the trowel is very good design and quality. However, the wooden handle is loose and not properly and securely attached to the trowel body. The wobbly wooden handle makes the entire tool feel very unsteady in your hand. I contacted A.M. Leonard Customer Service about this problem and got the royal run-around about correcting this defect. A.M. Leonard usually sells very good quality merchandise - but NOT this time! They should be ashamed of this item.

A.M. Leonard responds:Customer service explained to the customer that all the handles wiggle a bit. This is so when the wood swells, it will not be too tight.

Steel Nursery Trowel wrote

I like that it's a big trowel, but it is a bit heavy for me. I didn't give 5 stars though because the wooden part of the handle is loose. The screw only goes in on one side, it doesn't go all the way through and it feels as though it may come out some day.
