Solo sprayer disappoints CHP from NY wrote (February 03, 2015):
I bought this sprayer to apply a liquid ice melter. I bought it because I have had other superior Solo products. This sprayer has multiple annoyingly bad features. 1) the most annoying feature is the lack of a lock on the pump handle so that when you are carrying the sprayer the handle disengages to the pumping position and the tank falls away. This is most annoying while you are spraying. 2) The wand holder built into the handle/cover does not securely hold the wand. Wand is continually falling out of the holder. 3) if the sprayer falls on its side for any reason, it leaks from the pressure release valve. Overall this is an inferior sprayer sold under the reliable Solo name. Unfortunately it makes me suspicious of the current quality of other Solo products. You can buy better sprayers than this at Walmart.
