claims of "soluble" are false. Tried dissolving in a gallon of water and only achieved small chunks
I have 9 rosebushes two of which were given to me by my aunt, I believe they are at least 30 years old. This summer all my roses and peony's developed fungal problems, the roses were really effected by black spot. I try to use organic products only and the previous sprays (sulfur based) did not work. I used this product both as a soil drench and spray. It did slow down the problem about 75%. I still have black spot but the plants have come back from just about dead. I intend to use actinovate early in the spring (proactive) and all summer long. It does work, but slowly.
Like this product. I grow 450 roses and this is a good product that I alternate with other fungicides and it gives good results. I have not tried it as a stand alone fungicide.
I bought this product to stop my Don Egolf redbud from dying of verticulum wilt. It did seem to help but I can't be absolutely sure. I did not apply it as often as I should have.
