Hi-Vee 5-Foot Split Tail

This Split Tail measures 1/2-inch in diameter and 5 feet in length. The New England (Teufelberger) Hi-Vee line features a 16-strand polyester jacket wrapped around a twisted blue nylon core. This split tail has a tight hand-spliced eye.

Use this High-Vee Split Tail to save your expensive climbing line. Using a split tail helps eliminate the need to cut worn pieces from the end of your existing climbing line.

This line has a protective finish to minimize abrasion and maximize its service life. Its sturdy, nylon core allows the rope to maintain its roundness. Please see the included safety label for additional information.
