Leonard, Inc. will replace or repair faulty tools at its sole discretion. Tools need to be sent postage prepaid to A.M. Leonard, Inc. 241 Fox Drive, Piqua, Ohio 45356. This warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, rust, mishandling or unauthorized repair. I really love this item. I have a pruning knife from a japanese manufacturer and I consider the one from AM Leonard to be far superior as to its ability to prune with ease and as to the feel of the knife in my hand. The japanese one is all steel and it just does not feel like the one I bought from this Company. I use it frequently like all the items I buy from AM Leonard. They are very well made and last for years. They receive a good work out here in my Northeast Ohio garden!
I first bought the knife several years ago, and have since ordered them for my assistant and our landscapers. They open and close easily and are great for cutting rope off tarps without damage to the tarp. More importantly, we use them in our yard to cut open tied trees without damaging branches. Great knife at a great price.
